About The Position

AlluraMD is a multi-location medical aesthetics and concierge medicine practice offering advanced treatments in medical aesthetics, functional medicine, and regenerative medicine designed to improve overall well-being. We are looking for a Senior Patient Experience Coordinator, a role designed to bridge patient care excellence with team leadership. This is a hybrid manager-in-training/front desk position and sits above our Patient Experience Coordinators and who partners closely with the Practice Manager to ensure every detail of the patient journey is seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable. You’ll take ownership of delivering and elevating the patient experience while actively performing front desk duties and mentoring the team to ensure consistent excellence in service and operations You’ll gain valuable leadership exposure by collaborating with Practice Management to strengthen operations, inspire team performance, and shape the foundation for future leadership growth You’ll be part of a flourishing, fast-paced environment where wellness and aesthetics intersect with purpose. Success in this role requires a proactive, grounded presence—someone who leads with initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on approach that balances strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years in a medical spa, dermatology, or luxury wellness practice (required)
  • Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Sales or consultative communication background (spa, fitness, or boutique wellness)
  • Leadership presence: Confident, polished, and able to guide others with professionalism and warmth
  • Patient-first mindset: Dedicated to creating a consistent 5-star patient journey
  • Organized & proactive: Anticipates needs, solves problems quickly, and ensures flow is seamless
  • Team player & mentor: Leads with maturity, uplifts others, and fosters a supportive, drama-free environment rooted in respect and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily patient flow and ensure the environment reflects AlluraMD’s luxury standards
  • Greet, guide, and follow up with patients, ensuring trust and satisfaction at every step
  • Assist with scheduling accuracy, invoicing, and EMR documentation reviews
  • Confidently promote services, memberships, and wellness offerings
  • Support cross-location operations and collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow improvements
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, patient feedback programs, and strategies to drive patient retention
