AlluraMD is a multi-location medical aesthetics and concierge medicine practice offering advanced treatments in medical aesthetics, functional medicine, and regenerative medicine designed to improve overall well-being. We are looking for a Senior Patient Experience Coordinator, a role designed to bridge patient care excellence with team leadership. This is a hybrid manager-in-training/front desk position and sits above our Patient Experience Coordinators and who partners closely with the Practice Manager to ensure every detail of the patient journey is seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable. You’ll take ownership of delivering and elevating the patient experience while actively performing front desk duties and mentoring the team to ensure consistent excellence in service and operations You’ll gain valuable leadership exposure by collaborating with Practice Management to strengthen operations, inspire team performance, and shape the foundation for future leadership growth You’ll be part of a flourishing, fast-paced environment where wellness and aesthetics intersect with purpose.
