About The Position

As a Senior Partner Sales Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), Automotive and Manufacturing Business Unit, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and execute a partner sales strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and executing sales opportunity, by working through and with AWS Partners (System Integrators, Technology Partners, Business Consulting Partners). You will build mind share and adoption of Amazon’s 200+ services across one of AWS’s most strategic customers. The AWS Industries team is committed to helping industry customers enable their digital transformation journeys. Our primary goal is to meet customers where they are in their cloud journey and work backwards from their industry specific needs to transform their business and their entire industry. Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct field work selling software or cloud solutions experience
  • 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
  • Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions
  • Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales

Nice To Haves

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Experience working within the enterprise software development industry
