About The Position

Switchboard Hiring is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an established mid-sized B2B SaaS company serving SMBs through a strong ERP‑centric partner ecosystem. Company details will be shared during the first interview. You will report to the Director of Partnerships and own partner marketing programs with ERP, channel, and technology partners, building joint go‑to‑market plans, co‑marketing campaigns, and scalable programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue through the ERP partner network.

Requirements

7+ years of B2B SaaS partner / alliances marketing experience, ideally with meaningful exposure to ERP ecosystems or adjacent enterprise platforms.
Proven success running co‑marketing and joint go‑to-market motions with ERP, channel, or technology partners that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue.
Experience working with or around ERP solutions and their integration landscape (e.g., CRM, e‑commerce, or other core systems).
Strong cross‑functional collaborator with excellent program and project management skills.
Willingness to travel 1–2x per quarter for key partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Build and execute joint marketing plans with priority ERP and technology partners that drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
Lead co‑marketing campaigns with partners end‑to-end, from brief and messaging to launch and performance analysis.
Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and partner teams to operationalize programs and ensure leads from ERP partners are tracked and followed through.
Maintain and optimize partner‑facing assets and portal content so ERP and channel partners can easily market and sell.
Report on partner program performance, clearly connecting activities to partner‑sourced and influenced pipeline.
