About The Position

As a Senior Partner Manager at Yotpo, you will own and grow a defined book of named agency partners. This role is focused on strategic relationship ownership, revenue expansion, and tier progression. You will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for your partners, developing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, and ensuring long-term engagement and retention. The Senior Partner Manager is accountable for measurable ecosystem impact and serves as a strategic extension of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This is a revenue-responsible, relationship-first role requiring strong commercial acumen and executive-level partner engagement. Strategic Partner Ownership Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of named agency partners. Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across partner leadership, sales, and delivery teams. Develop and execute joint business plans to support shared clients and new opportunities to support the partner program. Drive accountability around referral targets, product adoption, and partner engagement metrics. Partner Enablement: Create and promote community-wide enablement/marketing initiatives to further educate partners on the value creation that comes from Yotpo and further expose the great innovation coming from our product. Create and promote community-wide enablement and marketing initiatives to educate partners on the value of Yotpo and showcase innovative product offerings. Ecosystem & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the voice of your partners internally, sharing feedback and garnering support cross-functionally from Ops, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams. Represent Yotpo at strategic partner meetings and select industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, partnerships, alliances, account management, or business development.
  • Proven experience managing a defined book of business with revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive indirect revenue through agency or channel partnerships.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading QBRs and building structured growth plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and track performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce and agency ecosystem.
