As a Senior Partner Manager, Strategic Partnerships at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who can serve as the primary liaison for our strategic partners, building trust through consistent communication and a strong focus on partner satisfaction. In this role, you’ll coordinate across internal teams at BetterHelp and Teladoc to ensure seamless alignment across operations, clinical, technical, and account management functions. You’ll oversee service delivery and proactively address challenges, working to resolve issues quickly while continuously improving the member experience. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills to monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, as well as the ability to prepare and present business reviews and insights to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in driving the long-term success of the partnership by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring contractual alignment, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
