About The Position

The Sr. Partner Manager, Partner Management & Alliances – Apple is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning and growing Insight’s Apple business. This role sits at the center of strategy, execution, operations, marketing, analytics, and people leadership for one of Insight’s most strategic partners. This is not a narrow relationship-management role. It is a general manager–style seat responsible for ensuring the Apple business performs end-to-end, from partner alignment and program execution, to sales strategy, pipeline performance, marketing investment, operational rigor, and talent development. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable owning outcomes, bringing structure to complexity, and leading cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment. Requirements

  • 8+ years in partner management, alliances, sales strategy, marketing, or GTM leadership (preferably in IT, devices, or technology ecosystems).
  • Proven ability to translate partner priorities into actionable growth plans.
  • 5+ years of direct team management experience with a track record of developing talent, driving accountability, and scaling teams.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level presentations, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own & Grow the Apple Partnership
  • Serve as the primary relationship leader with Apple, ensuring executive alignment, compliance with partner programs, and maximizing incentives and ROI.
  • Translate Apple’s strategy into Insight-specific execution plans that drive measurable growth.
  • Drive Business Strategy & Performance
  • Lead partner business planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking (revenue, pipeline, program performance).
  • Identify growth opportunities, execution gaps, and risks, and act decisively.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution & Team Development
  • Coordinate across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and partner teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Directly manage and develop the Apple Partner Business Development team, setting clear expectations and success metrics.
