They are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. The ideal candidate is confident managing cases from intake through resolution, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to helping others
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead client communication and guide individuals through each stage of their case with care and clarity
- Obtain and organize medical records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Draft and prepare demand packages, track liens, and manage case progression
- Request and follow up on police reports, 911 recordings, and other evidence
- Coordinate with medical providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Support attorneys and team members in achieving the best outcomes for clients
