Requirements

• Paralegal experience in litigation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law
• Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
• Maintain client communication and assist in fostering client relationships
• Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely filings
