About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist with 5+ years of experience to guide full-funnel paid social strategy, execution, and performance across key client accounts, partnering closely with creative and analytics teams to deliver impactful results. This role blends platform expertise, creative direction, audience strategy, AI-powered workflows, and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Paid Social Specialist acts as a client-facing lead and mentors junior team members while ensuring campaigns are integrated into broader marketing programs. As part of our team, you’ll build and execute multiplatform paid social programs, optimize performance through testing and analytics, and collaborate with creative teams to develop thumb-stopping content. You’ll also serve as a strategic adviser to clients, mentoring team members, and ensuring campaigns meet both business and creative objectives.

Requirements

  • Advanced paid social media buying and cross-platform execution experience
  • Deep experience with Meta and LinkedIn; working knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with attribution, analytics platforms and performance modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to connect media performance to business results
  • Experience leading client relationships in an agency or performance-focused environment
  • Creative-thinking skills with proven experience shaping social-first creative strategy
  • Expertise with testing frameworks and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency using data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong communication and executive-ready presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI-powered advertising and productivity workflows preferred
  • Proven success managing multichannel campaigns and significant media budgets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multiplatform paid social strategies grounded in audience insights, creative performance and client business goals
  • Lead campaign setup, QA, launch and optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms
  • Manage forecasting, budgets, pacing, media mix, and testing frameworks for targeting, creative, placements and bidding
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop social-first content, messaging frameworks and high-performing ad formats
  • Analyze performance, generate actionable insights and build dashboards to measure impact against business objectives
  • Leverage AI tools, emerging platforms and ad tech to drive innovation and improve campaign efficiency
  • Serve as a strategic client lead, mentor junior team members, and support cross-functional collaboration and pitches
