Requirements

5+ years of paid social advertising experience, ideally managing large-scale Meta and TikTok campaigns.
3+ years of agency experience preferred.
Proven experience owning paid social strategy and driving measurable growth for multiple clients.
Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution models, and data analysis.
Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing high-converting ad creative and copy.
Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
Highly proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Passion for helping businesses grow through performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of paid social accounts across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
Develop and lead comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth targets.
Design full-funnel acquisition strategies that optimize for awareness, engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and efficient CAC.
Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns.
Lead testing strategies across creative, audiences, messaging, and funnel stages to continuously improve performance.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically to maximize efficiency and results.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with Client Success Managers to align advertising strategy with broader client growth initiatives.
Mentor and support junior paid media team members, sharing best practices and strategic insights.
