About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and strategize high-impact paid media campaigns across search and social platforms, directly shaping client success and business growth. You will serve as a primary client-facing partner, driving campaign strategy, performance optimization, and innovation while mentoring junior team members. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you ownership of multi-channel campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to elevate campaign performance, implement testing strategies, and leverage analytics to inform decisions. With a strong emphasis on process improvement, team development, and client satisfaction, this role ensures that paid media efforts consistently deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Social campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Minimum of 3+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proven ability to develop and lead account strategy, with strong testing and innovation mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Supermetrics a plus
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, learn from feedback, and embrace continuous growth and curiosity

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing 1–2 paid media team members (Managers, Specialists, or Associates) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid search and social campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and proactive communication
  • Mentor and guide junior teammates, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Contribute to sales enablement, including identifying upsell opportunities and supporting pitches, client onboarding, and kickoffs
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop briefs and drive creative performance optimization
  • Support overall Media department success through process improvement, product development, and strategic initiatives
