The team acts as change catalysts, strategic thinkers, collaborative problem-solvers, and champions of adoption, partnering with senior leaders to tackle enterprise-wide challenges and accelerate transformation. This Senior Organizational Change Manager role specifically supports Enterprise Platforms (EP), an organization focused on driving efficiency, consistency, growth, and innovation across the bank. The manager will lead the people side of change for EP-owned initiatives, which are often complex and impact the entire bank. This involves designing and delivering tailored change management strategies, coaching business partners and project leaders, and serving as a trusted advisor to sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact.
