About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Order Management Specialist for one of our clients in Västerås. In this role, you will be a central contact point between sales and customers, handling the full order process from registration to completion. You will manage order quoting, processing, fulfillment, follow-up on deliveries and payments, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction in an international environment with deliveries to factories across Europe.

Requirements

Several years of experience in order management and business systems (preferably SAP and Salesforce)
High school diploma or equivalent + technical understanding
Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written – mandatory)
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks while being a good team player
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
Ability to work at least 80% on-site in Västerås (some remote possible in dialogue with manager)

Responsibilities

Handle the entire order process – from receiving and registering customer orders to delivery and payment follow-up
Maintain regular contact with customers and manufacturing units
Manage changes and adapt to customer needs during the process
Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors
Work in SAP and Salesforce (or similar business systems)
Ensure timely order release and compliance with standards and policies
Collaborate closely with sales, project, and production teams
