The Senior Oracle HCM Functional Analyst - HR serves as a key subject matter expert and functional lead for Human Capital Management (HCM) processes within The College of New Jersey’s Oracle Cloud environment. This role provides high-level functional support, system optimization, configuration management, and process improvements for Human Resources modules-including Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Payroll interface, Talent Management, and Recruiting (ORC). The position partners closely with HR leaders, Enterprise Applications, Payroll, and Finance to ensure system reliability, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and an excellent user experience. The Analyst plays a critical role in HR modernization initiatives and supports the College’s strategic goal of building efficient, transparent, and technology-enabled HR operations.
