About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Solutions, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier security compliance.

Requirements

Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.
Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and experience with BI/OTBI reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members working remotely.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Learning Management.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.
Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions.
Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
Implement and manage security settings and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Support data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
