About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Solutions, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier security compliance.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and experience with BI/OTBI reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members working remotely.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Learning Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
  • Implement and manage security settings and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Support data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
