ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Enterprise Systems Developer is responsible for conducting analysis, designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems across various functional areas. The incumbent will collaborate with technical peers to enable product teams to run applications on platforms that are managed, secure, supported, and governed. The Senior Enterprise Systems Developer is accountable for the delivery of platform capabilities and maintaining the health, security, and upgradeability of the platforms. Responsibilities WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Conduct analysis and evaluation of current enterprise-wide systems and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and implement enterprise-wide system modifications and upgrades Develop and implement integration and automation solutions Establish ongoing monitoring and metrics to understand system performance, anomalies, and continuous improvement opportunities Develop and maintain programming and system documentation Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of system upgrades Create technical documentation and provide post-implementation support Leverage low code / no code solutions as appropriate Standardize system configurations with a focus on reusable components to enable Product Teams to build at speed and scale Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
