ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:PEOPLE LEADER Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:Develop staff members assigned to the areaEnsure all operation associates perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable standard operation procedures (SOPs)Complete all special projects assigned by the Operations Manager or their designated representativeDemonstrate effective problem investigation and resolution skillsMonitor, track and discipline staff employees as necessary.Facilitate a safe operational environment for all employees by strictly complying with and enforcing all company safety requirements.All other duties as assignedReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values. In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities: Ensure all operations associates are in compliance with Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Proactively train, demonstrate, instruct, and counsel employees to ensure that SOPs are followed and productivity targets are metSupervise and lead employees through a variable workload of tasks as dictated by dynamic client business needsWork with the Operation Managers to evaluate and implement approved process changes to improve productivityPromptly respond to Eversana client requests as requiredGenerate and submit safety incident reports; ensure that all members involved in safety incidents are sent for urinalysis immediately following the incident.
