The Senior Operations Specialist is a high impact individual contributor role focused on implementing and maintaining solutions to operational opportunities across Digible. This role partners closely with the Director of Business Operations, the Senior Business Analyst, Agency leadership, and Shared Services, including our global delivery partners to analyze workflows, design scalable processes, and improve how work gets done across the organization. The Senior Operations Specialist plays a critical role in standardizing processes, enabling automation, and improving visibility into how work is performed in a way that supports efficiency, capacity planning, and long term scale. Success in this role requires strong communication and influence, analytical thinking, comfort working within systems and workflows, and a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
