Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent education, training, or relevant work experience
  • P&C Insurance License
  • Experience in business or property & casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage competing responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of insurance-specific systems and applications is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational guidance and support to internal teams and external vendors to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and execute projects that improve efficiency, client service, and operational workflows
