About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you are a seasoned professional with a significant amount of experience and expertise in managing complex projects from start to final delivery. You are expected to provide mentorship, coach your teams, solve complex problems, and successfully manage risks anticipating mitigation plans. You are required to manage client communications with a clear understanding of stakeholders' needs and a structured communication plan ensuring continuous status reporting and continuous feedback. Making sure teams work in a sustainable rhythm, caring for individuals' well-being, and overseeing general performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of current proven experience as a Project Manager leading medium and large teams
  • Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations
  • Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting with legal specialists
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
