About the Role At Commure + Athelas, we’re redefining healthcare operations. As a Senior Operations Manager focused on Patient Eligibility within our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product line, you will lead a lean team driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and business metric performance. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Engineering—making it a high-impact opportunity to shape both internal processes and external-facing product roadmap and strategy. You’ll not only be responsible for delivering against key KPIs and scaling mission-critical processes, but also for identifying product gaps and helping define the roadmap in close collaboration with Product and Engineering. This role is ideal for a data-driven operator with strong leadership skills, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
