About The Position

The Senior Operations Manager, Infrastructure is responsible for strengthening execution discipline, operational visibility, and decision support across Infrastructure initiatives. This role ensures Infrastructure work is planned, tracked, and communicated with clarity, consistency, and follow-through. Operating across Fleet & Facilities, Safety & Security, and Procurement, the role owns Infrastructure-wide execution frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting standards. This role serves as a horizontal execution and performance partner across Infrastructure, with a strong focus on metrics, reporting, and financial insight. The individual in this role is equally comfortable building systems, working with data, and engaging directly in project execution, staying close to both performance metrics and on-the-ground operations to identify gaps, validate assumptions, surface risks, and support leadership planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce operating cadences (e.g., weekly execution check-ins, monthly operating reviews, initiative tracking, quarterly planning) that drive accountability and follow-through.
  • Translate Infrastructure priorities into execution-ready plans with clear scope, timelines, ownership, and measurable success criteria, maintaining accurate, decision-ready reporting that highlights risks, dependencies, and required actions.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve Infrastructure performance metrics that measure execution progress, operational readiness, and financial performance.
  • Partner with Infrastructure leadership and pillar owners to monitor spend against budgets and forecasts, ensuring clear understanding of cost drivers, variances, and underlying assumptions.
  • Synthesize operational and financial data into actionable insights that inform execution decisions and surface opportunities to pull cost, efficiency, and/or performance levers, in partnership with Infrastructure leadership and functional owners.
  • Draft cost analysis memos and business cases including clear recommendations to support leadership review and planning decisions.
