Senior Operations Integrator (Tier III)
About The Position
Provides senior-level integration expertise for complex, sensitive, or high-priority missions. Responsibilities include leading the integration of operational concepts, intelligence assessments, and capability development efforts across DOW, SOF, and IC stakeholders. Additional duties include contributing to strategic planning, advising leadership on operational impacts, coordinating high-level synchronization forums, and maintaining comprehensive awareness of mission developments across multiple theaters or functional areas. The person in this role strengthens mission success by ensuring that senior leaders, operational elements, and intelligence partners operate from a unified and informed perspective that supports timely and effective decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years operations leadership experience within DoW, IC, SOF, or OSD.
- Deep expertise in joint operations, mission integration, and organizational governance.
- Demonstrated ability to brief SES/Flag-level leaders.
- Strong strategic planning and enterprise coordination skills.
- Top Secret with SAP Eligibility
Responsibilities
- Lead operational integration across enterprise mission portfolios.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, battle-rhythm cycles, and synchronization boards.
- Advise senior leaders on operational risk, posture, resource gaps, and mission readiness.
- Oversee multi-directorate coordination for SAP/SOF-level mission execution.
- Develop operational policies, SOPs, and integration strategies.
- Mentor the operations support workforce and develop professionalization standards.
