About The Position

The Senior Operations Director for S&K Security Group LLC will lead and oversee the operational functions within the LLC, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing resource allocation to support business growth. The Senior Operations Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of operational excellence. Ultimately, this position ensures that all operational activities contribute to the LLC's overall success and sustainability in the competitive services industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex operations within the services industry or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting within a large-scale operational environment.
  • Experience working in or with organizations in the 'Other Services' industry sector.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage multiple teams across various departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish budgets, forecasts, and resource plans that support operational goals.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote compliance, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives to the executive team.
