About The Position

Senior Operations Associate, Wire Authentication Services - Essential Onsite As a Senior Operations Associate in Enterprise Payment Operations you will oversee and lead a team that executes activities in a fast-paced, multi-function, multi-team operation tasked with delivering an exceptional end-to-end payments experience for our customers. Wire Authentication Services (WAS) is responsible for wire initiation and approval on behalf of our customers and internal lines of business. Summary of Responsibilities Responsible for leadership activities amongst their site for 6-8 associates Actively develop, manage and coach direct reports on a daily basis Works with horizontal partner groups to drive process change and problem solve complex issues Analyzes and evaluates operational procedures, recommends and implements modifications to improve quality and efficiency Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift immediately Identifies and proposes process enhancements within the team or department. May serve as a representative for a specific product/process on cross-functional and multi-location projects Acts to ensure all service levels are met/exceeded Manages department’s audit remediation efforts including establishing controls and securing approvals Assists operations in executing department’s business continuity tasks during Disaster Recovery Performs periodic self-audits to ensure compliance with internal and external procedures/regulatory requirements Leadership Expectations Connect personally, listen, and care in the moments that matter Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and belonging Lead with heart, humility, and authenticity Hold a high bar for talent and performance Lead through change with candor and optimism Appreciate, reward, and elevate great performance Location: This role is an essential position and requires on site attendance. Associates are expected to be onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Associates work at home Mondays and Fridays. Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of coaching, mentoring or people leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the banking or the financial industry
  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • At least 2 years of process management experience
  • At least 2 years of wire operations experience
  • At least 2 years of banking operations experience
  • At least 2 years of operational risk management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
