Your Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join the Sweep Operations team. This role will be instrumental in designing, maintaining, and validating complex fee structures and revenue calculations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Product, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience with, or enthusiasm for learning, artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce for case management and reporting.
  • Certifications or hands-on experience in AI for Operational workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations, financial audits, or fee-based financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain models for complex revenue calculations.
  • Validate revenue data across systems and ensure alignment with contractual terms.
  • Develop and implement audit controls for operational processes and data flows.
  • Conduct periodic audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Maintain and refresh Operational procedures and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.
