About The Position

The Senior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and strategic initiatives for the TPA Oversight teams within Sharing Economy. This individual will be responsible for managing cross-functional workflows, ensuring timely and accurate handling of correspondence and documentation, and supporting key partnerships and compliance efforts. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in claims operations, insurance, or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Zendesk Ticket Management: Monitor, triage, and respond to operational tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalation as needed.
  • Partnership Coordination: Coordinate strategy meetings for internal/external partners.
  • Document Indexing: Accurately index and categorize incoming legal and regulatory documents; route correspondence such as attorney letters, FNOLs, and no-fault forms to the proper TPA for handling.
  • Operational Calendar Oversight: Maintain and monitor the Litigation and Arbitration compliance calendars, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Cash Call Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations and reporting for cash call activities.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Assist with monthly and quarterly KPI data pulls and track action items from performance meetings.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
