This Senior Office Assistant will support the Department of Nursing! This position requires enthusiasm and administrative/clerical experience to support staff and processes. Ideal candidates possess skills including but not limited to: analytical, advanced problem solving (critical thinking) and professional communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently. What's Available: .8 FTE (32 hours/week) Shift: Monday-Friday, Days No weekends or holidays Hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible - based on department need) Department: Department of Nursing (DON) Location: La Crosse, WI Schedule Example Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with rotating days off. May need to accommodate for others coming in late/leaving early to meet dept needs.
