Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 We are hiring for a Senior Office Assistant! This position requires enthusiasm and administrative/clerical experience to support staff and processes. Ideal candidates possess skills including but not limited to: analytical, advanced problem solving (critical thinking) and professional communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently. We are looking for a detail oriented, motivated and organized individual to join our welcoming team. What's Available: .8 FTE (32 hours/week) Shift: Monday-Friday, Days No weekends or holidays Hours: Between 7:30/8 AM start time (Flexible - based on department needs), one day off per week Department: Plastic Surgery Location: La Crosse, WI and occasional coverage in Onalaska Hybrid schedule after 1 year in position (2 days on-site, 2 days virtual) What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service. Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys. What you need: High School Diploma or equivalency + post High School training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training or course work 3-4 years relevant experience in office, secretarial, or administrative setting. Requirements
