JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others to join our team as an Senior Nutrition Wellness (SNW) Program Coordinator . This position requires punctuality, a vibrant personality, and a dedication to delivering groceries to clients with dignity and respect. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day grocery deliveries and assisting with various program-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years experience in office administration (required)
• Willing to obtain forklift certification (required)
• Valid unrestricted Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Clean driving record (required)

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of Non- Profit Experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Safely transport and deliver items to clients in a timely manner using a U-Haul size vehicle.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and obtain forklift certification.
• Input client demographics into Salesforce database.
• Recertify clients on an annual basis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Monitor vehicle wear and tear, reporting maintenance needs to the Fleet Manager.
• Any other job duties as assigned.
