About The Position

Step into the role of Senior Network Technician at Mandalay Bay, where you’ll play a key part in keeping our teams connected and supported. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly to keep operations moving seamlessly. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years of prior relevant networking infrastructure experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and implement network equipment and systems based on customer-supplied documentation
  • Troubleshoot user connectivity issues to ensure reliable network performance
  • Install, terminate, maintain, and troubleshoot network cabling infrastructure, including fiber optic, UTP, and STP
  • Document and maintain cable plant infrastructure and supporting documentation
