This role is a key hire who will own network and systems performance, solve complex issues, and help build a more scalable IT foundation. This position is ideal for someone who has been wearing multiple hats in a smaller environment and is ready to take on more ownership and influence. In this role, you will act as an escalation point for network and systems issues (Tier 2/3), troubleshoot connectivity, outages, and performance across approximately 40 locations, and support and standardize network infrastructure (FortiGate, UniFi). You will also identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes, support Azure-based infrastructure and identity environment (Entra ID), contribute to infrastructure improvements and documentation, and help establish processes that scale as the team grows.
