About The Position

Project – the aim you’ll have The job is for the company that is building a platform to enable sharing documents and allow communication between company's consultants and their clients looking for mortgage advice. Position – how you’ll contribute Take ownership of the development and maintenance of backend services using .NET / .NET Core and C#, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Work closely with internal client teams to design, build, and refine RESTful APIs and service components. Contribute to architectural decisions, share best practices, and help establish clean, maintainable, and testable codebases. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and support the integration of backend services with third-party systems. Document systems clearly and contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on both client and service sides, both in German and English.

Requirements

Backend Expertise: Proven experience with .NET / .NET Core and C# for building and maintaining backend services.
Data Handling: Strong command of SQL and Entity Framework, including performance tuning and data modeling.
API Development: Solid experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
Scripting & Automation: Confident in writing PowerShell scripts for automation and configuration tasks.
CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Architecture: Understanding of clean architecture principles and the ability to contribute to scalable, modular systems.
Communication: Comfortable communicating technical topics clearly in both German and English.
