About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior C# .NET Developer with deep Azure expertise and a passion for modern, AI-driven development. You’ll play a key role in modernizing and scaling our SaaS applications—owning architecture, guiding technical direction, and delivering high-impact, production-grade software. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to shape how we build and deploy cloud-native solutions—leveraging the AI ecosystem to accelerate delivery, optimize performance, and improve quality.

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET (Core or 6/7+), with a focus on Azure-based development.
Deep expertise with Azure PaaS services and cloud-native architectures.
Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing SaaS applications.
Strong background in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and data modeling.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, with automated testing and deployment.
Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Early adopter mindset—practical experience using AI-assisted development tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence direction.
Demonstrated mentorship or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization and enhancement of core SaaS products within an Azure-first architecture.
Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure features aligned with the product roadmap.
Architect and optimize solutions using Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL Database, Key Vault).
Champion automation—build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability practices.
Integrate AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT-based agents) to boost code quality, velocity, and maintainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Architecture, and QA to translate business goals into technical outcomes.
Mentor and guide mid-level developers, fostering an environment of learning, innovation, and accountability.
Stay current with advancements in .NET, Azure, and AI ecosystems—and proactively introduce new patterns or tools.
