About The Position

The TekSynap is seeking a Senior NEN Analyst. The Senior NEN Analyst serves as Key Personnel under the NSWCDD Corporate IT Services contract. This position provides expert-level support to the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) program by managing, coordinating, and monitoring enterprise network services. The Senior NEN Analyst acts as the primary liaison between NSWCDD and the Navy NEN Program Office, ensuring compliance with all enterprise standards, service-level expectations, and network operational procedures. We are seeking a Senior NEN Analyst to join our team at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience providing enterprise network program support, with at least three (3) years supporting Navy or DoD network environments. Experience must include NEN program support and familiarity with network service request tools such as the NET tool or equivalent Navy provisioning systems.
Must meet DoD IAT Level III certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, CASP+, or CISSP).
Knowledge of Navy network architecture, NMCI/NGEN operations, and enterprise-level provisioning workflows.
Understanding of Navy IT service delivery processes, network configuration management, and cybersecurity compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise-level support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) systems, ensuring consistent connectivity, access, and compliance with Navy cybersecurity standards.
Manage and track NEN service requests and provisioning activities through approved Navy tools and processes (e.g., NET tool and NEN ordering systems).
Coordinate with NAVWAR, NEN Tier III, and NMCI teams to resolve enterprise network incidents and service disruptions.
Support network transition, optimization, and modernization efforts in alignment with DoD and Navy initiatives.
Maintain records of user accounts, hardware provisioning, and service order statuses within the NEN framework.
Review and verify network-related documentation and procedures for adherence to configuration management and cybersecurity policies.
Support user onboarding, account management, and hardware lifecycle tracking across multiple NSWCDD departments.
Identify recurring network or service issues and propose corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
Provide reporting and analysis on NEN service performance metrics and SLA adherence.
Serve as the local point of contact for coordination of NEN activities impacting NSWCDD operations.
