About The Position

RTL Networks has an exciting opportunity for a DoD SECRET cleared Senior NEN Analyst to join our team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This position will be supporting NSWCDD's mission to modernize, optimize, and simplify its IT environment and mature its IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to achieve measurable improvements and desired oues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's level degree.
• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management and oversight for NEN operations, including account and service management, IMAC processing, hardware/software tracking, and inventory control.
• Coordinates and maintains NEN documentation and scheduling, such as Seat Deployment Schedules, technical refresh plans, and shipment tracking using Navy Enterprise Tools (NET).
• Manages endpoint deployments and data migrations, ensuring accurate asset tracking, order entry, funding requests, and documentation updates within NET.
• Supports user assistance and technical troubleshooting for NEN and NMCI environments, providing Tier 0/Tier 1 seat support, elevated permissions for installations, and acting as a Cryptographic Log-On Trusted Agent (TA) for SIPRNet token issuance.
• Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drive permissions, and file storage coordination; provides training on NEN tools and collects user feedback.
• Evaluates new NEN CLIN offerings, prepares technical and departmental reports, and supports data consolidation and reporting through spreadsheets, databases, and automated tools.
