About The Position

Make a meaningful difference in people's lives every day. You'll work alongside a supportive team to sort, pack, stage, and resettle household items for seniors in transition. Every project is different, and the care you bring matters. Great for retirees, parents with school-age kids, or anyone looking for purposeful, flexible work with no nights and no retail grind.

Note: We are not a moving company. Professional movers handle furniture and heavy lifting.

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Warm and patient with seniors and their families
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Reachable by phone and text during scheduled availability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience in moving, organizing, or home services is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Sort, pack, unpack, and resettle household items during client relocations
• Stage and price items for estate sales
• Photograph and organize items for online auctions (CTBids platform)
• Assist clients professionally and compassionately throughout each project
• Follow all safety and conduct standards on every project

Benefits

• $17-$20/hr based on experience
• Flexible, part-time schedule - typically 15-20 hrs/week after a 90-day ramp-up
