We're looking for someone with Mortgage Processing experience that can plug-in to our fast-paced environment; we're looking for someone with experience performing the job duties needed so they can hit the ground running. Requirements

3-5 Years mortgage experience is required (minimum requirement will vary with education)
Familiarity with Encompass is a MUST

Responsibilities

Processing mortgage applications for VA, conventional and jumbo mortgages
Collection documents to satisfy underwriting conditions via phone, email, and in person
Preparing packages for loan approval and closing
Verifying accuracy of documentation received (I.E. applications, credit, appraisals, title, insurance, etc.)
Ensure accuracy to data input into systems
Manage pre-closing activities/checklists while simultaneously processing new originations
Provide remarkable customer service (be the nexus point between sales and underwriting)
Have no hesitation in picking up the phone
Work both independently and as part of a team
Be efficient in completing tasks
Be a multi-task master
Articulate complex information in an easy to understand manner
