About The Position
Responsible for processing & closing residential loans (first & second lien mortgages, home-equity lines of credit, land, and construction) Working cohesively with our mortgage loan originators & credit union staff, member clients Managing the processing & closing workflow Preparing and issuing loan documents and disclosures Adhering to Federal and State lending regulations Primary duties and responsibilities are outlined in the Job Description May assist with processing and closing credit union loans and lines of credit, if there is excess capacity within your dedicated assignments and pipeline Follow construction loan policies and procedures, assisting with the draws/fundings, etc. Other duties assigned
