What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for compiling all the paperwork and documents pertaining to a mortgage loan. Someone responsible for completing the forms and verifying the financial paperwork, all while adhering to Bank procedures and regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Conv/VA/FHA/RD and other secondary market functions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Encompass

Responsibilities

  • Process FHA/VA/Conventional/Rural Development and other products.
  • Maintain a pipeline and meet contract deadlines and rate lock expiration dates.
  • Review documentation for discrepancies and omitted data; calculate verified income and verify assets.
  • Prepare loan for underwriting.
  • Clear any approval or suspense conditions as outlined by the underwriter.
