As a Mortgage Home Lending Center Senior Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based remote. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchase, refi, and Home Equity in a Direct Sales role. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. This role involves recommending loan solutions to existing firm's customers and/or prospective clients sourced through firm's strategic initiative platforms. It requires managing a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and developing and preparing loan solutions while referring products and services. The role also includes reviewing documentation for compliance, managing customer pipelines for efficiency, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions, and collecting and analyzing customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and able to leverage information to create customized customer solutions. They are also expected to manage risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
