About The Position

Achieva Credit Union, a $3.2B Florida-based credit union headquartered in Pinellas County, is hiring an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to service assigned branches along Florida’s west coast while continuing to build self-sourced production. Requirements

• 2+ years mortgage origination experience
• Proficient with mortgage AUS, LOS and CRM platforms
• NMLS Registration required
• Initiative-taking, self-driven professional
• Proven track record in residential lending and business development
• Knowledge of conventional Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac, FHA & VA underwriting guidelines
• Excellent sales skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work effectively under specific time constraints
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters at all times

Nice To Haves

• Credit union experience preferred
• Existing book of business a plus
• Spanish-speaking a plus
