About The Position

In this role, you will lead the creation, automation, and governance of the data foundation, metric definitions, and dashboards that power the Product Performance Management System. You will ensure product and engineering performance data is accurate, standardized, and decision-ready for Domain Product Ops Leads, Product and Engineering dyad leaders, and executive leadership forums. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver portfolio-level insights, establish reporting standards, and translate complex data into strategic narratives that strengthen investment decisions, improve governance maturity, and elevate transparency across the enterprise product portfolio.

Requirements

Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting or related roles required.
Advanced experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI required.
Strong proficiency in DAX, data modeling, and Power BI dataset architecture required.
Strong understanding of product management, engineering operations, and portfolio performance metrics required.
Demonstrated experience defining and standardizing enterprise metrics and reporting frameworks.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and executive-level communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with data from Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar platforms preferred.
Experience writing SQL and working with enterprise data warehouse or data lake environments preferred.
Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300) preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards that track product and engineering performance.
Design scalable data models, semantic layers, and reusable datasets that enable consistent enterprise-wide reporting and self-service analytics.
Define, document, and govern standardized metric definitions, reporting frameworks, and cadence across the product organization.
Validate and ensure data quality and consistency from Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and related systems.
Integrate engineering and product management metrics into a unified reporting framework in collaboration with Engineering Ops and Domain Product Ops Leads.
Deliver portfolio-level reporting, executive-ready insights, and strategic recommendations to inform investment governance and product performance decisions.
Translate complex data into clear narratives highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable outcomes.
Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, metric definitions, calculations, and reporting standards to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Serve as subject matter expert for product performance reporting, portfolio health analytics, and Power BI reporting standards.
