Beauty Systems Group, branded as Cosmo Prof or Armstrong McCall stores, along with its direct sales consultants, sell professionally branded products intended for use and resale by salons to retail consumers Primary Duties: Lead seasonal, annual, and long-range financial planning for assigned categories, including sales, margin, inventory, and turn Translate merchandise and assortment strategies into financial plans, identifying risks and opportunities Serve as a primary Finance partner to Merchandising, providing analysis and scenario modeling to support key business decisions Own ongoing forecasting and performance management, including variance analysis and reforecasts Identify trends in sales, margin, and inventory performance and recommend actions to address gaps or opportunities Communicate changes in merchant strategy or performance that impact the P&L, cash flow, or inventory Partner closely with Planning & Allocation to ensure alignment between financial plans and inventory flow Support the development and coaching of junior planners Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
