Job Summary: The Senior Member Technical Staff involves understanding and researching complex processes, building new as well as refactoring software that interacts with AT&T proprietary data. The job includes working on state-of-the-art technology and requires knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, with a focus on software engineering as well as data science

Requirements

  • PhD in an approved field from an approved university with no minimum years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and Experience in Software Engineering and Development, Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Data Platforms, Generative AI, Agentic AI

Responsibilities

  • Conduct design and development work in the areas of new products/technologies working on systems and data platforms that are part of our target architecture
  • Meet with internal Business Unit stakeholders, understand business requirements and provide state of the art, production-grade solutions.
  • Leverage advanced engineering and scientific knowledge to architect, design and develop solutions in an R&D environment that would provide high value to our internal partners in support of our customers and the strategic direction of the company.
