About The Position

Using independent judgment and initiative, supports the Division Department. Reports directly to the designated immediate manager for the specific practice or outpatient department.

Requirements

  • 2 years-Medical office or medical related facility – Required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent – Required

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative experience – Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs general office duties.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondences. Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintains physician files, calendars, schedules and arranges meetings.
  • Arranges travel, prepares itineraries, completes travel reimbursement documentation and submits necessary paperwork.
  • Maintains electronic and hard copy files.
  • Additional duties as assigned may vary.
