About The Position

As a Senior Media Buyer at Channel Factory, you will lead the media buying strategy and execution across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc., ensuring campaigns are optimized, meet client objectives, and adhere to Channel Factory's performance, brand safety and suitability standards, particularly on Google Ads & DV360. This senior role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of video campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms to ensure flawless delivery and performance.
  • Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies to maximize ROI, meet client objectives, and align with evolving market trends.
  • Own a portfolio of top-tier clients, managing campaign performance, KPI achievement, and profitability.
  • Oversee media pacing to ensure full delivery within budget constraints while maintaining efficiency and exceeding margin goals.
  • Implement best practices and real-time optimizations to improve campaign performance, leveraging auction insights and platform-specific strategies.
  • Monitor attribution models to assess cross-device performance, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a technical lead for tracking pixel/tag troubleshooting, server-side tracking implementation, cross-device and third-party verification tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tracking and measurement tools, including brand safety, viewability, suitability, and fraud detection solutions.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights, contributing to internal reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in digital media buying, providing training and mentorship to junior and mid-level buyers.
  • Improve internal processes and QA standards to reduce error rates and enhance execution efficiency across the team.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions on campaign setups, tracking, pacing calculations, Salesforce utilization, and evolving platform features.
  • Partner with CSMs to develop data-driven upsell strategies using analytics, marketplace trends, and new platform capabilities.
  • Join client meetings to provide technical consultation, recommend optimizations, and strengthen relationships through performance-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Product, to improve internal tools, campaign execution, and buying strategies.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments, proactively researching and implementing new media strategies, pricing models, and bidding techniques.
  • Share key findings on evolving digital landscapes and product updates, ensuring the team remains ahead of market trends.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects to enhance Channel Factory’s offerings, internal efficiencies, and strategic approach to digital advertising.
