About The Position

The Brand Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for all aspects of both in-house and agency-executed Brand campaigns. You will be responsible for planning and executing across both traditional and digital channels, as well as partnerships. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategy, creative briefs, and a testing calendar using data-based insights that drive awareness, consideration, qualified traffic, and ultimately, measurable business impact. You will also work cross-functionally, owning all aspects of your campaigns (including budget management, martech implementation, reporting insights, and QA) and serve as a subject matter expert for Brand.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing (including both traditional and digital channels, as well as partnerships).
  • Subject matter expertise; strong understanding of cross-channel brand execution and strategy, brand creatives, media and advertising landscape, and measurement.
  • Experience managing performance marketing campaigns a plus.
  • Understanding of multi-channel attribution; Google Analytics experience preferred, experience partnering with analytics teams to unlock MTA and MMM solutions strongly preferred.
  • Experience driving the technical aspects of media buying (e.g. trafficking workflows, data and API integrations, tagging, platform nuances) required.
  • Experience people managing preferred.
  • Critical to success: bias for action, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (advanced Excel capabilities required), ability to work independently and manage priorities to deliver quality work and meet deadlines, strong communication and collaboration skills, strong QA skills.
  • Remote employees should confirm that their internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute comprehensive Brand campaigns across all relevant channels (e.g. linear, programmatic, paid social, OOH, partnerships, etc), with accountability for driving awareness, consideration, and relevant brand success metrics.
  • Own the brand measurement framework, ensuring successful measurement through various solutions (e.g. tags, brand lift studies, MMM/MTA) to build a clear view of performance and understand Brand marketing's overall impact on customer growth and revenue.
  • Identify brand marketing opportunities, maintaining an ongoing test & learn roadmap across various categories (e.g. audience, creatives, partner).
  • Ensure brand consistency and campaigns alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Build, monitor, and report on all relevant KPIs (e.g. lift, sessions, engagement, reach, downstream site actions and revenue) utilizing data to uncover actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive initiatives with meaningful business impact with cross-functional teams (e.g. Creative, Data Science, Product Marketing, Dev, other Growth Marketing teams), proactively leveraging peers and partners to help solve complex problems.
  • Proactively and independently drive both day-to-day required deliverables as well as more complex projects, communicating proactively with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices across all marketing channels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required as needed.
