About The Position

Are you the troubleshooter everyone calls when the line stops? Do you thrive on diagnosing complex control systems? Do you use vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and power quality tools to predict failures before they happen? If you’re nodding yes, you’ll feel right at home leading advanced industrial maintenance while elevating reliability across our operations. Your impact Take ownership of break‑fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical assets—and design system upgrades and improvements informed by your specialty. Program, debug, and resolve issues in sophisticated control systems, addressing software, hardware, and configuration challenges that affect production throughput. Leverage predictive diagnostics—ultrasonic testing, IR scans, power quality analysis, laser interferometry, ball bar assessments, and vibration analysis—to assess equipment health and act proactively. Drive CI events using proven tools and methods; capture processes, results, and cost savings from your improvement work. Locate and procure parts and supplies; recommend alternative components and engineered solutions that extend MTBF and reduce downtime. Operate independently to industry standards, sustaining 5S and strong housekeeping across your areas. Run machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder, and related metalworking equipment) to fabricate or repair parts; weld when necessary. Research and evaluate innovative maintenance methods and tools for application across ATS sites; update documentation to reflect best practices. Contribute to financial decisions by preparing inputs for cost analyses on new equipment, rebuilds/repairs, savings, and innovations. Keep precise records; mine CMMS history to spot trends and inform strategy. Prepare technical content for sales quotations and support T&M activities as required. Mentor less experienced technicians and step into project management roles when assigned.
