Metropolis is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to build the physical foundation of our Recognition Platform. In this role, you will lead the design, validation and testing of the electromechanical devices—including cameras, IoT sensors and access control systems—that power our field-deployed machine learning. You will own the full hardware lifecycle, driving everything from prototyping and BOM management to verification and deployment. We are looking for an expert in mechatronics and parametric design tools who excels at solving complex thermal and weatherproofing challenges.
